SHIPPING

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.

We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All items are sent with Royal Mail.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or International Courier.

Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and Etienne Collection cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.50

UK Express Delivery (1-2 working days) - £5.50

For UK orders, free shipping will automatically be added when you spend £50 or more (£100 or more for express)

International Delivery (10-15 working days) - £11.95

International Express Delivery (3-4 working days) - £22.95

RETURNS POLICY

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or refunds on used items  due to hygiene reasons.

If goods are faulty upon arrival they need to be returned in their orignal packaging without being worn.  Buyer will bare the cost of returns if on inspection the goods are not faulty they will be sent back to the buyer.
